Dr. Linty John-Varghese

Education is an opportunity that brings more into our lives. Having been taught and trained by the best dental leaders in this country and other countries, Dr. Linty John-Varghese brings forth a lot more specialty training from the dental world, which allows her to offer more options and treatment to her patients and practice. She enjoys helping patients understand their dental health from a whole-body wellness perspective. Healing begins when the relationship between our teeth and body is brought to light, why it happened, and how we can get to better dental health together.

Born and raised in Dubai, Dr. Linty graduated from New York University College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Honors in implants in 2004. She then did a general practice residency at Dayton VA Medical Center and practiced at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton. She subsequently ventured into private practice, purchasing Lyons Dental and transitioning to the name Ohio Holistic Dental Center in early 2024, allowing more patients to find their new holistic dental home. 

However, Dr. Linty did not stop there. She pursued her continuing education with enthusiasm and a passion for learning. She is a graduate of the Kois Center, Misch Implant Institute, Clinical Mastery Series, Wellness Dentistry Masterclass, and Rondeau orthodontic seminars. Dr. Linty is also trained in airway and sleep dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, Digital Smile Design, laser dentistry, Invisalign®, Six Month Smiles® braces, BOTOX® for TMJ treatment, and cosmetic fillers. 

Dr. Linty has now turned her attention to the practice of biological dentistry, with a focus on whole-body wellness for better dental health. Her pivot to biological dentistry stems from her concern with the whole-body effects of dental materials, techniques, and procedures. She is a member of the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine (IABDM), the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAMOT), and the Holistic Dental Association (HDA). 

With the firm belief that patients are not just part of the treatment, they are part of the process; she will listen to you, spending quality time and a world of patience. You will be heard and understood, and together, we will build trust—that’s when the healing begins. Dentistry is not just treatment for teeth, gums, and jaw; it is the gateway to better health and life.

Dr. Linty has three children, and her spouse is a physician in Springfield. She loves spending time with her family and siblings and even has a sassy little fur-baby doggie named Mango. She enjoys writing and has a dental blog educating other dentists. Her interest in interior design shows her creative side, which you will see reflected in our practice. Dr. Linty considers herself a visionary with the courage to put ideas into action.

When she’s not with her family or at her practice, she’s on a flight chasing the next dental class with her insatiable hunger to learn more, be more, and bring back the next best cutting-edge technology and equipment to Dayton. She takes particular pride in always being available to her patients because it is important to her, and they are like family. Now that’s PRICELESS!

Amber Cole

Biological Certified Master Practice Administrator

Amber brings over 16 years of dental expertise to Ohio Holistic Dental Center, where she works alongside Dr. Linty and the team as Master Practice Administrator. From patient relations and insurance coordination to account management and team scheduling, Amber helps ensure the practice runs smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Before stepping into practice administration, Amber spent nine years as a dental assistant. She later attended Clark State University, where she studied Dental Radiology and completed the Master Practice Administrator program. Amber is passionate about helping patients navigate their care journey and finds great fulfillment working with Dr. Linty, whose leadership encourages personal and professional growth. She especially values the positive culture at OHDC, where the entire team is united by a shared commitment to patient-centered care.

Outside the office, Amber enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, picnics, and spending time in nature. She loves quiet moments with a good book and a cup of coffee on her porch. Most of all, she cherishes time with her two-year-old daughter, Goldie, whose endless energy, curiosity, and spunky personality keep life exciting and full of adventure. A natural organizer, Amber enjoys creating order and efficiency wherever she can. One thing many people may not know about her is that she proudly served in the military for six years in the reserve unit at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Ashlyn Hyde

Biological Front Desk Administrator

With five years of experience in the dental field, Ashlyn brings a genuine passion for dentistry and patient care to our team. She loves helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported throughout their dental journey. Her dedication to exceptional customer service and creating positive patient experiences makes her a valuable part of our practice.

Originally from Kentucky, Ashlyn recently relocated to Ohio and is excited to be part of the community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her beloved dog and exploring all that her new home state has to offer. Her friendly personality, compassionate nature, and commitment to helping others shine through in everything she does.

Nancy Pietrantonio

Biological Certified Hygienist

As a dedicated and caring dental hygienist since 2010, Nancy brings her skills and a wealth of knowledge to Ohio Holistic Dental Center. Educated at Sinclair Community College and the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine, she provides advanced dental care, focusing on the crucial connection between oral health and overall wellness.

Nancy joined Dr. Linty’s team when she purchased the practice and was drawn by the shared desire to foster whole-body health for her patients. She is passionate about educating patients on preventive care to enhance their health and prevent systemic diseases. Nancy values working with a close-knit team and the supportive environment cultivated by Dr. Linty. She cherishes getting to know her patients personally, understanding their needs, and easing dental anxiety to ensure a positive and motivating experience.

When not focused on patient care, Nancy enjoys immersing herself in books, tackling DIY projects, gardening, and traveling. A fun and unique aspect of her life is playing on a bocce ball team. One thing people may not know about Nancy is that she comes from a large Italian family, who celebrate their heritage through cooking, wine-making, bocce ball, Italian festivals, and travel to Italy.

Grace Caudill

Biological Certified Hygienist

Grace is a committed dental hygienist who approaches every day with the goal of being a positive force within our team and for our patients. A graduate of Sinclair Community College, she is also certified in Biological Dental Hygiene by the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine. Grace is well-versed in Guided Biofilm Therapy, Salivary Diagnostics, and Digital Smile Design.

Outside the office, Grace enjoys golfing, music, yoga, and traveling. 

Desirae Bromley

Biological Certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Desirae brings her thoughtful and attentive approach to her role as a Biological Certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) at Ohio Holistic Dental Center. Since starting her dental career with Dr. Linty’s team in 2017, she has been dedicated to ensuring patient comfort, preparing the work area for treatments and procedures, sterilizing instruments, and educating her patients on the benefits of good oral health.

Her dental education began at Brightwood College and continued at Sinclair Community College, where she obtained her EFDA training and certification. Desirae loves to see patients leave with a smile and takes pride in supporting them as they work toward their oral health goals.

What Desirae appreciates most about her job is the inspiring atmosphere created by Dr. Linty, whose support and passion make every day a rewarding experience. Her fascination with the power of smiles and the confidence they bring drove her to a career in dentistry.

Outside of work, Desirae is all about the great outdoors—whether it's camping, fishing, kayaking, or hiking. She also enjoys the excitement of wakeboarding and water skiing. And a little-known fact? She has a twin sister who is also in the dental field!

Tamia Burch

Biological Certified Dental Assistant

With four years of experience in dentistry, Tamia is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. As a dedicated dental assistant, she enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting them throughout their oral health journey.

In addition to her dental career, Tamia recently graduated from aesthetician school, further expanding her knowledge of health, wellness, and personal care. She loves helping others look and feel their best, both inside and outside the dental office.

Outside of work, Tamia is actively involved in her church community and values spending time serving and connecting with others. She also enjoys making memories with her beloved dog, Theo, who keeps her active and entertained. Her compassionate spirit, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others make her a wonderful member of our team.
